Workers Comp Psychologist Sydney (referred to as "we", "us", or "the directory") is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What information we collect

We collect the following information only when you voluntarily submit it through our connect form:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your Sydney suburb or area (optional)
• Any additional information you choose to include in the notes field (optional)

We do not collect health information, Medicare numbers, claim numbers, or sensitive personal information through this site.

How we use your information

The information you provide through the connect form is used solely to facilitate an introduction between you and a SIRA-approved psychologist in our network. Specifically:

• Your details are forwarded to a relevant psychologist who will contact you directly
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties beyond the psychologist introduction
• We do not use your information for marketing purposes

Analytics

This website uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. It records aggregate, anonymised traffic data only. No cookie consent banner is required.

Data retention

Form submission data is retained for up to 90 days for the purpose of ensuring connection introductions are completed. After that period, it is deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting us at hello@workerscomppsychologist.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time.
